1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 You may return products within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with this Policy and any statutory rights you may have.

1.2 To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition: unused, unopened and in their original packaging, unless they are faulty.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

2.1 To arrange a return or exchange, please email us before sending anything back, stating the product name, reason for return and attaching proof of purchase.

2.3 Any exchange or refund must be agreed with you in advance. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with this Policy or our Terms.

3. Where and How to Send Returns

3.1 Once your return or exchange is approved, you must send the goods to our fulfilment partner at the following address:

3.2 You must return goods by registered shipment and provide us with the tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch.

3.3 Until the goods reach our fulfilment partner, you are responsible for them, so we recommend keeping your postage receipt and tracking details.

4. Refunds

4.1 Once we receive and inspect your return via our fulfillment provider, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

4.2 Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

4.3 Transport and delivery fees are separate from the value of the goods and are not refundable, except where required by law or where goods are faulty.

5. Faulty or Damaged Products

5.1 If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with details and, if possible, photos of the issue at info@atsas.co.uk.

5.2 Where products are confirmed to be faulty, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights and this Policy.
