From the Heart of Cyprus, For Your Daily Wellness
At ATSAS UK, we are proud to bring you one of the world's most exceptional extra virgin olive oils — grown, harvested, and bottled on a family farm nestled in the Solea Valley of Cyprus.
We are an independent UK retailer, registered as Product of Cyprus Ltd, and we work directly with ATSAS Organic Products Ltd — the Cypriot farm that produces every drop of oil we sell. This direct relationship means you get the real thing: traceable, authentic, and uncompromised.
The ATSAS Farm
The ATSAS farm sits in Evrychou, in the Solea Valley of Cyprus — a location as distinctive as the oil it produces. Part of the farm occupies the UN buffer zone, land that remained untouched for decades, preserving the integrity of the soil and the surrounding ecosystem in a way that few farms in the world can claim.
Here, among 7,000 olive trees, a dedicated team of experts tends the land with the same care and patience that great olive oil demands. The farm has been growing and developing since its incorporation in 2012, guided by one clear ambition: to produce the finest organic extra virgin olive oil possible, while giving back to the land that makes it.
ATSAS Philosophy: Working with Nature
ATSAS is built on the principles of permaculture and agroecology — a way of farming that works with nature rather than against it.
The farm is far more than an olive grove. It is a living ecosystem, home to fresh herbs, pomegranate, carob, fig, and azarole trees, wild flora that sustains bees and beneficial insects, and bird species that provide natural pest control. An artificial lake collects rainwater for irrigation, and the farm actively functions as a carbon sink — building soil health and contributing to the fight against climate change.
Nothing here is done in a hurry, and nothing is done at nature's expense.
From Grove to Bottle
Every stage of production happens on the farm itself — a deliberate choice to protect quality at every step.
Olives are handpicked with care to avoid bruising, then taken immediately to the farm's own in-house mill. There, milling takes place without heat or added water, preserving the oil's natural properties in full. The oil is then bottled by hand on-site, with bottles cleaned individually with compressed air before filling.
The dark bottles — black for the Silver, Gold and Supplement Shots, dark brown for 7 Elies — are no accident. They are chosen specifically to protect the oil from light and oxidation, keeping it in perfect condition from farm to table.

Award-Winning Quality
ATSAS olive oil has earned global recognition for exceptional quality and unusually high phenolic content. In 2020, ATSAS recorded 4,947 mg/kg total phenolics — the highest result among 7,854 olive oil samples tested across 15 countries. That achievement, together with multiple international awards, places ATSAS among the most distinguished high-phenolic olive oils available today. That same commitment to quality continues in the 2025 harvest — now available in two remarkable expressions.
