1.3 By accessing or using the Website, and/or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional policies referred to in them (such as our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy).
1.4 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website or place an order.
1.5 We may update or change the Website and these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on the Website. You will be subject to the Terms in force at the time you use the Website or place your order.

2. Payment

2.1 You can pay for goods by credit card and any other payment methods shown at checkout.
2.2 Payment is taken at the time you place your order and must clear before we dispatch your goods.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where orders appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
2.4 If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

2.5 We display the total price of your order, including all mandatory fees (product price, shipping, taxes, and any other charges), before you confirm your purchase. No additional fees will be charged after you have confirmed payment.

3. Delivery – United Kingdom

3.1 Orders are normally delivered using Royal Mail Tracked service or an equivalent tracked service.
3.2 All mandatory fees (including shipping, taxes, any other charges) are shown and calculated before you reach the final payment step. No additional fees will be revealed at checkout.

3.3 Goods are typically shipped on the same or next business day after payment is confirmed.
3.4 Within the UK, goods are normally delivered within 2-5 working days (different timeframes for pre‑orders).
3.5 Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3.6 Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we receive full payment for the goods and any delivery charges.

4. Your Account and Security

4.1 You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential and for restricting access to your computer or device to prevent unauthorised access.
4.2 You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

7.2 Product images are for illustration purposes only; the product you receive may differ slightly from the images shown.
7.3 Shipment or delivery dates given at the time of ordering are estimates only.

7.5 If we discover a pricing error for a product you have ordered, we will contact you: if the correct price is lower, we will charge the lower price; if the correct price is higher, you may choose to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel for a refund.

13.2 Products must be returned in their original condition (unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, unless they are faulty).
13.3 To arrange a return or exchange, you must email us stating the product name, reason for return and attaching proof of purchase.
13.4 Any exchange or refund must be agreed with you in advance. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with these Terms.
13.5 You must return goods by registered shipment and provide us with the tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch.
13.6 Transport and delivery fees are separate from the value of the goods and are not refundable, except where required by law or where goods are faulty.
