Shipping policy
Last updated: 13.03.2026
This Shipping Policy explains how ATSAS delivers orders placed on our website www.atsas.co.uk. If anything conflicts with our Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
1. Shipping Destinations
1.1 We currently deliver orders within the United Kingdom.
1.2 For export and non‑UK delivery enquiries, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm availability, costs, and any restrictions.
2. Shipping Methods
2.1 In the UK, orders are normally delivered using Royal Mail Tracked Small Parcel service or an equivalent tracked service.
2.2 We may change our delivery partners from time to time without prior notice, provided that an equivalent tracked service is used.
3. Processing Times
3.1 Although ATSAS olive oil is produced in Cyprus, all orders placed on www.atsas.co.uk are stored, picked and packed at our UK fulfilment centre and dispatched from within the United Kingdom.
3.2 Goods are shipped the same or on the next business day after confirmation of payment.
3.3 Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
4. Delivery Times
4.1 Within the UK, goods are normally delivered within 2-5 working days after dispatch.
4.2 For pre‑order items, delivery may take up to 20 working days after dispatch, as indicated on the product page or during checkout.
4.3 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed; delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (for example, carrier delays, customs checks, adverse weather, or peak seasonal demand).
5. Shipping Fees, Taxes and Charges
5.1 Packing and shipping for standard UK deliveries is charged at the rate shown at checkout.
5.2 All mandatory fees (including shipping costs, taxes, and any other applicable charges) are shown and calculated before you reach the final payment step at checkout.
5.3 No additional mandatory fees will be added after you proceed to the final checkout step.
5.4 Any optional services you select (for example, expedited shipping, gifts, or special handling) will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.
5.5 For export deliveries, delivery charges will be quoted by phone or email for each order, and any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.
6. Risk and Title
6.1 Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provided or to a designated pickup point.
6.2 Title to the goods passes to you only when we receive full payment for the goods and any applicable delivery charges.
7. Delivery Problems, Non‑Delivery and Returns
7.1 If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check any tracking information provided and then contact us.
7.2 If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered (for example, due to an incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point), we will contact you to arrange re‑delivery; additional shipping charges may apply.
7.3 Any issues with damaged or missing items must be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, together with photos of the packaging and products where applicable.
7.4 Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns and Refunds policy, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
